Mojmir Sepe Awarded for Orchestral Opus
Ljubljana, 4 June - The 2010 Kozina Award for lifetime achievements in music was conferred Friday on "the father of Slovenian pop music" composer Mojmir Sepe for his orchestral opus. The award jury of the Society of Slovenian Composers said that Sepe's music was distinguished by innovative melody and elements of poetic cheerfulness and humour.
