Vegrad Assembly to Decide on EUR 13m Capital Increase

Velenje, 4 June - Debt-ridden construction company Vegrad announced on Friday that its shareholders would decide on 5 July on a EUR 13m increase of the company's share capital to EUR 17.8m. EUR 8m would be provided by suppliers whom Vegrad owes money, while EUR 5m will be raised in the form of ordinary shares.
