Banka Celje to Give out Most of 2009 Profit for Dividends

Celje, 8 June - The shareholders of Banka Celje, a member of the NLB group, decided on Tuesday to allocate EUR 2.7m of last year's EUR 3.3m in distributable profit for dividends (at EUR 5.5 per share). Another EUR 589,312 was transfered into reserves, the bank told the STA.
