Dnevnik Changes Rules for Appointing of Editor-in-Chief

Ljubljana, 17 June - The shareholders of newspaper publisher Dnevnik changed the rules for the appointment of the editor-in-chief on Thursday so that the consent of the staff will no longer be required but only its opinion. The move met with heavy criticism from the in-house journalist association as well as the Slovenian Journalists' Association (DNS).
