No. 2 Bank Decides Against Dividend Payout

Maribor, 22 June - Shareholders of Slovenia's second-largest bank, NKBM, confirmed a proposal Tuesday from the management for the bank to withhold a dividend payout this year and instead allocate the EUR 2.9m in profit from 2009 for provisions.
