Zbogar Congratulates Inzko

Ljubljana, 23 June - Foreign Minister Samuel Zbogar congratulated on Tuesday Valentin Inzko on his election as president of the National Council of Carinthian Slovenians (NSKS), a Slovenian minority organisation in the Austrian province of Carinthia.
