EU To Sue Slovenia For Failing to Introduce Railway Package
Brussels, 24 June - The European Commission decided on Thursday to refer Slovenia and twelve other member states to the EU Court of Justice over their failure to implement basic EU railway legislation on opening the EU's rail market to competition. The legislation was due to be introduced more than seven years ago.
