Ljubljana, 28 June - Shareholders of Slovenia's top insurer, Zavarovalnica Triglav, opted to confirm the management's plan to keep accumulated profit intact in favour of a counter-proposal to pay out EUR 9m in dividends as they met for an annual general assembly in Ljubljana on Monday.
