Alcohol Excise Duties Up Today

Ljubljana, 1 July - Excise duties for alcoholic beverages and ethyl alcohol increased by over 10% on 1 July. Excise duties will rise from EUR 9 to EUR 10 per hectolitre of beer, from EUR 82 to EUR 100 per hectolitre of other alcoholic beverages and from EUR 911 to EUR 1,000 for ethyl alcohol.
