Telekom Shareholders Fail to Discharge Management

Ljubljana, 1 July - Shareholders of telco Telekom Slovenije failed to discharge the management at Thursday's annual general assembly, at which 80.83% of the capital was present, and decided to pay out dividends of EUR 3 per share, despite opposition by small shareholders.
