Association Set Up to Fight Electricity Cartel

Ljubljana, 6 July - To defy the unresponsive government and the reluctance of power distributors to pay damage made with a 2008 cartel agreement on an electricity price rise, an outspoken economist decided to establish a voluntary association to collect signatures for refund claims.
