Constitutional Court Issues Stay on Instructions for Prosecutors

Ljubljana, 15 July - The Constitutional Court has ordered a stay of Article 4(7) of the State Prosecutor Act until it reaches a final verdict on the provision which forms the basis for controversial instructions for prosecutors that Justice Minister Ales Zalar issued earlier this year.
