Bleiburg, 18 July - Unknown perpetrators have covered a new German-Slovenian signposts in Bleiburg (Pliberk) in the Austrian province of Carinthia with paint, only days after the local authorities put it following a decision of the Austrian Constitutional Court, Austrian daily Kronen Zeitung reported on Saturday.
