Minister: Death of POWs Reason for Slovenia-Russia Friendship
Kranjska Gora, 25 July - Culture Minister Majda Sirca, who addressed on Sunday a ceremony commemorating the death of over 300 WWI Russian POWs, said that sometimes death can be the reason for a new beginning: the new friendship between Slovenia and Russia.
