Ombudsman's Report Highlights Social Problems
Ljubljana, 26 July - Limited access to education, health and employment has been highlighted as the most pressing issue in the 2009 annual report of the Human Rights Ombudsman that was submitted to parliament on Monday. The state is not efficient in reacting to the changing economic environment, said Ombudsman Zdenka Cebasek Travnik.
