President Supports Initiative on Military Missions Abroad

Ljubljana, 26 July - President Danilo Tuerk, the supreme commander of the Slovenian Armed Forces, supports the initiative of a group of coalition MPs for changes to the defence act that would make the consent of the National Assembly to the sending of Slovenian troops on missions abroad a legal obligation, Tuerk's office said on Monday.
