Koper, 2 August - An environmental NGO which had asked the European Commission to suspend all procedures related to the construction of liquid natural gas terminals around Italy's Trieste, said Monday it had been told by the Commission that all investigations related to the matter were frozen in order not to jeopardise bilateral talks.
