NLB Bank Increases Ownership of Pivovarna Lasko

Ljubljana, 5 August - The state-owned NLB bank has increased its stake in beverage group Pivovarna Lasko by 3.92% to 23.51%. This is exactly the amount of shares that NLB sold to investment firm Publikum Fin a year ago after seizing them as collateral from financial firm Infond Holding.
