Ljubljana, 9 August - The finalisation of the long-awaited new Ljubljana football stadium and indoor arena is becoming increasingly reminiscent of a fixed match, as the project is too big to fail, daily Dnevnik says in Monday's commentary entitled "The Result is Already Known".
