Stozice Complex Gets Permit; Subcontractors in Protest

Ljubljana, 10 August - The Ministry of the Environment and Spatial Planning on Tuesday issued a permit allowing trial operation of Ljubljana's new arena and stadium, which means tonight's inaugural basketball match between Slovenia and Spain can go ahead. But minor problems have been caused by subcontractors' protests over unpaid bills.
