Slovenia and Russia Close Clearing Debt Issue

Moscow, 10 August - Slovenia and Russia signed in Moscow on Tuesday an annex to the treaty on the return of the Soviet Union's clearing debt to Yugoslavia, under which Russia will pay to Slovenia a part of its debt - the remaining US$82.5m including interest - in cash within ten days.
