Vegrad Boss Bypasses Supervisors to File for Debt Restructuring
Ljubljana/Velenje, 17 August - While the supervisors of insolvent construction company Vegrad are expected to decide on the management's proposal for debt restructuring on Friday, Vegrad boss Hilda Tovsak bypassed the supervisors and filed for debt restructuring at the Celje District Court already last Thursday, the day when the company declared insolvency.
