Media Freedom Assessed as Good but Worse than in 2009
Ljubljana, 2 September - Slovenians seem to be relatively satisfied with the state of the media, according to a poll commissioned by the Faculty of Social Sciences. On a 1-5 scale media scored 3.39 for satisfaction, virtually the same as last year, whereas the assessment of media freedom and openness for different viewpoints slipped slightly to 3.19 and 3.28 respectively.
