New York, 3 September - Financial monthly Global Finance has ranked Slovenia's biggest bank, NLB, the third safest bank in Central and Eastern Europe in 2010 in its 19th annual list of the world's safest banks. NLB comes behind Czech banks Ceska Sporitelna and Komercni Banka.
