Koncan Declines Appointment to Anti-Graft Commission
Ljubljana, 10 September - Economist Joze Koncan declined on Friday his appointment to the post of deputy head of the Commission for the Prevention of Corruption. Koncan said he did not wish to work in an anti-graft body that was seen by people as politically biased.
