Govt Legal Service Criticises State Prosecutor Bill

Ljubljana, 15 September - The Justice Ministry's proposal for a new state prosecution bill, which reforms the selection and composition of the State Prosecution Council and the appointment of the state prosecutor general, took flack on Wednesday from the the government's legal service, which suggested that the bill would not depoliticise but politicise appointments.
