CoE Head Invites Tuerk to Contribute to Eminent Persons Group

Ljubljana, 20 September - President Danilo Tuerk has begun his working visit to New York, where he is taking part in the 65th session of the UN General Assembly. He has met CoE Secretary General Thorbjorn Jagland who invited him to contribute to Group of Eminent Persons planned by the CoE, and also participated in a panel debate on poverty, famine and gender equality.
