Slovenia Believes New EU GMOs Proposal Step in Right Direction

Brussels, 27 September - EU agriculture ministers failed to reach a consensus on Monday on the proposal that EU members independently decide whether they want to allow, restrict or ban GMOs on their entire territories or a part of their territories. Slovenia believes that the proposal is a step in the right direction, but that it needs to be upgraded.
