Govt Adopts Bill Freezing Public Sector Pay, Pensions, Social Transfers

Ljubljana, 28 September - The government passed on Tuesday an intervention bill freezing pensions, social transfers and salaries in the public sector in 2011 and 2012. In 2012 they will be adjusted if inflation tops 2%, Prime Minister Borut Pahor told the press after the government session.
