Veteran Diplomat Pens Book on Foreign Policy

Ljubljana, 29 September - Foreign policy must not be influenced by public opinion, otherwise it will get into dangerous waters, Ernest Petric, a veteran diplomat who is now a Constitutional Court judge, stressed at Tuesday's launch of his book, which is being billed as a textbook for both students and politicians.
