Montreal, 6 October - Slovenia was elected to the council of the International Civil Aviation Organisation (ICAO) in Montreal on Tuesday, in what Transport Ministry State Secretary Igor Jakomin labelled as of Slovenia's biggest international achievements in civil aviation.
