Delo Says Rule of Law Applies Only in Theory

Ljubljana, 6 October - Should the laws and regulations of the praised rule of law be followed to the letter or interpreted pragmatically and with a touch of common sense, asks daily Delo in Wednesday's commentary "Rule of Law", commenting on the police and customs officers working to rule as they strike against the pay freeze in the public sector.
