Potocnik Calls for Better Implementation of EU Environment Laws

Ljubljana, 11 October - Commenting on the recent toxic aluminium sludge spill in Hungary, European Environment Commissioner Janez Potocnik pointed to the frequent imbalance between the strict EU environmental legislation and its implementation at the national levels. The latter should be boosted, he believes.
