Fmr Economy Minister Warns Against Merger of Power Utilities

Ljubljana, 14 October - Opposition Democrats (SDS) MP and former Economy Minister Andrej Vizjak stressed on Thursday that the planned merger of Slovenia's two biggest power utilities HSE and Gen Energija would create a monopoly. He also believes that the recent staffing changes at HSE were an attempt of the coalition Zares to take over the sector.
