Zbogar Says Consensus on New NATO Strategy Close

Brussels, 14 October - Foreign Minister Samuel Zbogar said after Thursday's meeting of NATO foreign and defence ministers in Brussels that NATO members were very close to reaching consensus on a new strategic concept for the alliance which is to be confirmed at the November summit in Lisbon. The excitement was shared by Defence Minister Ljubica Jelusic.
