Govt to Propose Agreement to Police on Strike

Ljubljana, 18 October - The government agreed at a meeting with the Police Trade Union of Slovenia on Monday to put forward a compromise agreement by Tuesday. The meeting came as a result of Friday's announcement by the union that it would step up its strike if the government continues to ignore its demands.
