Piran Elects First Black Mayor in Slovenia

Ljubljana, 24 October - The coastal town of Piran elected the first black mayor in Slovenia's history as Peter Bossman, the 54-year-old Ghana-born doctor, unseated incumbent Tomaz Gantar with 51.4% of the vote in Sunday's run-off.
