Fmr DARS Boss Says Zemono Agreement About Preventing Monopoly

Ljubljana, 28 October - A former boss of the national motorway company told a parliamentary inquiry commission on Thursday that the 1998 Zemono agreement, which is believed to be a cartel agreement, was actually about determining the capacities of Slovenian builders in order to secure equal participation in the construction of Slovenian motorways.
