Brezigar Says State Prosecutors More Effective in 2009

Ljubljana, 2 November - The state prosecution resolved 73% of newly received cases in 2009, which is a share comparable to previous years despite a 10% increase in the caseload and a decrease in the number of prosecutors, a report presented on Tuesday in parliament by State Prosecutor General Barbara Brezigar shows.
