National Council Vetoes Act on Disabled

Ljubljana, 2 November - The National Council, the upper chamber of parliament, vetoed on Tuesday the act on equal opportunities for people with disabilities, thus sending the act back to the lower chamber to be passed in a revote requiring an absolute majority.
