Potocnik Hails Nagoya Accord on Biodiversity
Brussels, 3 November - The agreement to protect biodiversity that almost 200 countries reached in Japan's Nagoya last weekend is "a big step forward" and could become an important milestone for our planet, European Environment Commissioner Janez Potocnik said on Wednesday.
