Public Sector Needs Reorganisation, Stimulating Pay System

Ljubljana, 9 November - Slovenia's public sector is in need of reform because it is inefficient, but economist Nevenka Hrovatin warns that cost cutting and job slashing alone will not do. She urges reorganisation and a more stimulating pay system.
