FM Says Kucan Brings Added Value as Special Envoy for Bosnia

Ljubljana, 10 November - Foreign Minister Samuel Zbogar told the parliamentary Foreign Policy Committee on Wednesday that former President Milan Kucan will be able to "bring added value as a political personality" in his role as special rapporteur for Bosnia-Herzegovina.
