Ljubljana, 12 November - Two years into its four-year term, the government of Prime Minister Borut Pahor is still grappling with the aftermath of the worst financial and economic crisis in decades. Emergency stimulus has now given way to structural reforms, which have been met with fierce opposition from special interest groups.
