Reform Pact Remains Elusive

Ljubljana, 12 November - Prime Minister Borut Pahor failed to convince the opposition Friday to join the government's reform drive, but he has not given up hope of working with the opposition on some key reforms nevertheless. "I want to believe that we've left the door open for a new agreement," he said.
