Dnevnik Says State Messed up the Digital Switch

Ljubljana, 16 November - Dnevnik berates the state, and by extension public broadcaster RTV Slovenija, for dragging its feet in the switch to digital TV. The state overslept the first six years of this key project, the paper comments on Tuesday after a test run of the digital switch.
