Ljubljana, 18 November - The Slovenian government confirmed on Thursday the opening of a consulate in Gaziantep, Turkey and named Mizyal Karabiber Nacaroglu the honorary consul. Karabiber Nacaroglu runs two family businesses in the Anatolian city.
