Delo Calls for New Eurozone Rules

Ljubljana, 19 November - Delo calls for new rules in the eurozone after it transpired that Ireland and Portugal are likely to request financial aid to sort out their finances. The crisis in the monetary union must herald a new era and new rules, the paper comments in Friday's "The Borders of Our Euro".
