Loan Fraud Scandal Reignites Differences Between Top Prosecutor, Minister
Maribor, 19 November - A major loan fraud scandal from the mid 1990s which has been dragging through courts for years fell under the statute of limitations on Thursday in what seems to have reignited the differences between the justice minister and the state prosecutor general.
