Ljubljana and Belgrade Become Twin Cities
Ljubljana, 24 November - The Ljubljana and Belgrade mayors, Zoran Jankovic and Dragan Djilas, signed in Ljubljana on Wednesday an agreement making the Serbian and Slovenian capitals twin cities. The mayors expressed belief that the agreement would improve the already excellent cooperation between the cities.
